WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via DHL, UPS, and FEDEX! Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER AFTER THE ORDER IS SHIPPED?

HOW DO I UPDATE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, Please contact us immediately at service@boosterss.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at service@boosterss.com. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. If the item has already been shipped, we will work with you to ensure it is returned.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

We want you to love your BoosterGuns as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with yourBoosterGuns, you have 15 days to return it with a money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

1. Returns are accepted within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 15 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@boosterss.com.

2. Once we receive your email, Our customer support team will send you the address for return. We do not cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.

3. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business days to process a refund.

4. Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.

WARRANTY

HOW DO I CHECK MY BOOSTERGUNS WARRANTY?

If you purchased the BoosterGuns directly at boosterss.com, your warranty will have automatically registered.

WHAT IS BOOSTERGUNS WARRANTY COVERED?

BoosterGuns products are manufactured with high-quality parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, your limited warranty covers:

BoosterGuns Device & Motor - 18 months

• BoosterGuns Lithium-ion batteries - 18 months

•BoosterGuns Massage Attachments - 18 months (You can order new massage attachments at booster).

If the product fails due to defects in materials or design process within one year, the company will repair or replace parts or replace new products for free, except in the following cases:

1. Improper human use or damage to the equipment caused by transportation.

2. Unauthorized disassembly and repair of this equipment.

3. Failure to follow the instructions.

4. The product is damaged due to the abnormal storage or maintenance environment of the customer.

5. If the proof of purchase date is not provided, the company will have the right to refuse the warranty.
